Cala Natura processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Cala Natura processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services.
- To be able to carry out an order to provide services.
- In order to carry out a valuation assignment.
- Cala Natura also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax returns and the WWFT check.
How long we retain personal data
Cala Natura does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data: Your personal and ID data are retained for 5 years in accordance with the WWFT (Dutch Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act).
Sharing personal data with third parties
Cala Natura shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligations. We have data processing agreements in place with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Cala Natura remains responsible for these processing operations. Cala Natura also provides your personal data to other third parties. We do this only with your express consent.
Transfer of personal data outside the EU
Cala Natura shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
